Plaintiff alleges that Fanatics falsely advertised, misstated, and omitted the true cost of shipping and charged unlawful fees, including handling fees.
Fanatics denies any and all liability or wrongdoing and continues to believe allegations and claims asserted by Plaintiff are without merit.
Nonetheless, the Parties have concluded that further litigation would be protracted and expensive, have taken into account the uncertainty and risks inherent in litigation generally, and have determined that it is desirable that the lawsuit and the allegations be settled.
All persons in the United States who, from May 6, 2018, to March 30, 2026, ordered merchandise through the Fanatics Websites, and were assessed and paid a handling fee.
Fanatics shall issue two (2) Vouchers in the amount of $5.00 each (for a total of $10.00) to each Settlement Class Member who submits a timely, valid, and verified Claim Form by the Claim Deadline.

By submitting a valid claim form on or before the claims deadline of August 27, 2026. You can make a claim by filling out and submitting the claim form available here using the Claim ID and PIN found in the email you received.

Claims will be subject to a verification process.
If you do nothing, you will not receive any Vouchers under the Settlement.
Each Voucher may only be used at Fanatics.com.
Vouchers may be used only once, meaning they have no residual value if the amount redeemed is less than the Voucher amount. Vouchers will apply to the retail purchase prices offered to the general public. Vouchers are non-transferrable and will not be usable with other voucher or discount codes, but may (in Fanatics’ sole discretion) be compatible with promotions and discounts requiring no code (e.g., sale prices and free/discounted shipping offered on certain days). Vouchers may not be used together on the same single purchase. Vouchers will expire 12 months after issuance. Vouchers shall not be redeemable for cash.
